Want to know more about our products? Because we are primary producers, we can tell you exactly where our products come from - and thats local, not from half-way round the world! Below are some short descriptions of some of our produce:

Our beef is hung for 2 to 3 weeks to maximise both flavour and tenderness.

The pork, bacon, ham and sausages are produced from our free range, rare breeds - Tamworths and Glouceter old spots pigs.

Our chickens and eggs are free range, so we are environmenatlly and animal friendly.

We also sell Staffordshire handcrafted cheeses by John Xnox.

We sell honey produced by Littleover Apiary, Derby

Between May and September we grow soft fruit: strawberries, raspberries, gooseberries, black, white, and red currants. Get really, really fresh and Pick Your Own at Abbey Hill - pick the fruit straight from the plant! It's a great day out for all the family. We also sell ready picked fruit.

Hanging baskets, bedding plants and herbs are produced in the spring. Perennial plants, winter baskets and tubs, winter bedding, and houseplants are also sold.

A range of vegetables are sold, produced by ourselves and sourced locally for a continuous supply.

Orders will be taken for Christmas for free range turkeys, chickens, ducks, geese and game. Try our home-baked pork pies, cooked hams and our full range of fresh meats. Christmas trees, wreaths, Christmas plants and bulbs will also be available.

In the Abbey Hill tea room we will serve hot and cold drinks, homemade cakes and cream teas.

We take special offers on deep freeze meat.

We offer fantastic value with our packs containing any of: half a lamb, half a pig, £50 worth of beef, packs of bacon, sausages, etc...
